How to Place an Order
Rayovac makes placing an order easy! You can place and order online or by phone.
Steps to placing an online order:
- Find the Items you want to order
- Browse the products and decide which product(s) you want to order.
- Place the item in Your Shopping Cart
- Once you’ve selected an item(s), click the “add to my cart”. Once you have all the desired items in your shopping cart, you can proceed to check out. Your shopping cart can be reviewed at any time by clicking the shopping cart link at the top of the page.
- Proceed to the Checkout
- Review all the items that are in your cart. You can change quantities or remove items. Proceed by selecting “checkout.”
- Log into Your Account (or Create an Account)
- If you already have an account, provide your user name and password. If you're a new user, please create an account. Forgot your password?
- Enter Billing and Shipping Information
- Please provide both your complete billing and shipping addresses. The billing address should match the address listed with your credit card company or if paying by debit card, the address listed with your debit card provider. The shipping address may be different from your billing address. Also, to ship products to multiple addresses please provide a complete shipping address for each shipment.
- Review the Order
- Review all information on your order. Please double-check both shipping and billing addresses as well as items ordered, item quantities and shipping method.
- Enter Payment Method
- Confirm/Submit Order
- Review all information, checking for accuracy and make any necessary changes. When you’re ready, click “Place your Order”. After your order has been placed, you will receive confirmation by email.
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been sent to Rayovac's fulfillment center. Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible at 1-800-331-4522 to cancel an order. All orders that are cancelled will be credited in full to the payment method used when the order was placed.
Promotional offers are redeemed at the end of the ordering process after your payment information has been entered. Please enter your promotional code and the promotional discount will be reflected in your order summary.
Please note: orders must be placed during the specified promotional period. After the promotional period the discount is no longer available.
Sales Tax Information
Companies selling over the Internet are subject to the same sales tax requirements as any other retailer in states where the company has a physical presence. Sales tax will be charged on all items sold by Spectrum Brands, Inc. and shipped in the United States, except, orders shipped to Montana, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming, and Alaska. Please note that your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax directly to your state or municipal government.
