Returns & Refunds
You may request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to return full case quantities of items in new, unopened and unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund (unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable). You must call Rayovac Customer Care at 1-800-331-4522 or email Customer-Care-ROV@spectrumbrands.com to obtain written authorization and the return mailing address. All returns must be shipped via prepaid freight (except for Rayovac errors). You must clearly mark the RGA number on the bill of lading and enclose a copy of the RGA with the return shipment.
All unauthorized returns shipped without an approved RGA number will be refused at the destination point. If returned items do not reference an approved RGA number and are accepted at the receiving location, you will be charged a storage fee of $150/day. All returns shipped collect will result in freight charges deducted from the credit on product returned. All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of the RGA.
Items that are opened, in used condition, or beyond 30 days of delivery may not be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
After your item(s) is received in our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the item is returned in new, unopened, and unused condition with the approved RGA number, you will be issued a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable, in the original payment method, minus shipping charges, within four weeks of shipping your item(s) to us. If the return is a result of our error, we will issue a refund at the original purchase price plus sales tax, if applicable, plus shipping charges in the original payment method.
